Dois trabalhos de acadêmicos do curso de Agronegócios, da Faculdade Vale do Aço (FAVALE), foram qualificados e conseguiram aprovação para participarem da 14ª Semana de Ciência e Tecnologia do Maranhão, que está sendo realizada em Timom. O evento teve início dia 25 e termina nesta sexta-feira (27).
Os trabalhos aprovados foram: “Cartilha para Orientação do Agricultor Familiar sobre Aquoponia”, dos autores Jocélio Barbosa de Sousa Junior e João Pedro Nascimento Silva e “Caracterização Preliminar da Agricultura Familiar do Assentamento Califórnia em Açailândia”, dos alunos Fabricio Facundo Castro, Matheus Borges Domingues, Eduardo Sebastian Schell Richart, Antonio Marcos dos Santos Batista e Antônio Carpeggiane Almeida a Silva.
Ambos os trabalhos foram orientados pelo Prof. Dr. Bruno Lucio Meneses do Nascimento que é coordenador do Curso de Agronegócios da FAVALE.
Com isso, a faculdade, que tem como um dos pilares o incentivo à pesquisa e iniciação científica, traz ao acadêmico a possibilidade de observar situações, estuda-las, e através da pesquisa, buscar alternativas eficazes para a melhora do ambiente ou do fato em questão. A FAVALE cumpre seu objetivo que é o de fomentar a pesquisa para desenvolver as capacidades regionais.
